Can I borrow a Jack and tire iron from someone?

I'm not stranded off the side of the road or anything but my car is out on the street or more or less parked in a coldesac in a neighborhood right off 148th street in edmonds. I have a full sized spare tire. I just don't have a jack or tire iron. Any help would be appreciated. My names Bonnie.
