Company: AGR Hospitality Position: Event Bartender/Waiter Status: On-Call / Seasonal Pay Rate: $18-$20/ Hour < < < < MUST SUBMIT RESUME > > > > Bartender The Event Bartender is responsible for providing any necessary beverage service for an event. Duties of this position include, mixing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guest of the service bar following standard recipes, as well as set up and break down of front of house and back of house of the event along with beverage station. Ideal Candidates: • Holds a current state bartending license (optional) • Event/Catering Experience • Superior Customer Service and Communication Skills • Flexible Schedule Waiter AGR Hospitality is looking for experienced, professional Banquet Waiters to add to our already dynamic team for the next busy season. Potential candidates must have Banquet or Fine Dining Restaurant experience with a minimum of 1-2 YEARS of fast-paced and consistent work. Banquet Waiter should have a friendly demeanor, positive attitude, and a great work ethic. We are looking for Banquet Waiter with initiative and the ability to be a leader while working as a team. As a Banquet Waiter you will be responsible for: • Set-up and break down • Carrying trays • Serving guests • Clean up at the event’s conclusion Banquet Waiter must have: • Previous Waiter experience in a banquet and/or restaurant fine dining environment • Proper waiter attire • Must be flexible to work different locations and shifts • Must be able to focus on the job while staying on your feet for long periods of time and moving about freely, which can include bending, climbing stairs, and carrying items weighing 25-50 pounds. Guidelines for potential Banquet Waiter to know: • Male candidates depending on the venue may not be allowed any facial hair, some venues are OK with a short well-groomed facial hair. • All candidates must be articulate, well groomed, and possess good hygiene. • All candidates must have NO visible piercings or tattoos or extreme hair styles or colors, must be conservative/professional.
