Clean Up Garden Beds and Mulch

Description

I need someone to clean up garden beds and apply mulch. I would also like a garden bed added. In addition, need top soil applied around some beds. I will supply the mulch and top soil in bags. I have attached a few pictures of some of the beds. I have 100 bags of mulch and 20 bags of top soil.
