MANCHESTER, CT — Jordan Pappalardo, 26 of Manchester, New Hampshire, was arrested in Manchester, Connecticut, accused of barricading himself inside a hotel and threatening to shoot police officers.
On Tuesday, police attempted to speak to Pappalardo at a Marriott Courtyard on Slater Street to notify him of an extraditable warrant. Police said he told them he had a gun and threatened to shoot officers. Officers established a perimeter around the hotel and evacuated rooms while calling in the Capitol Region Emergency Services Team (CREST). They began communicating with Pappalardo and learned there was a 20-year-old woman in the room with him.
Negotiators established phone contact with both Pappalardo and the woman. After three hours of negotiations, Pappalardo surrendered willingly.

Breach of Peace 2nd Degree Reckless Endangerment 2nd Degree Threatening 2nd Degree (2 counts) Interfering with Police Fugitive from Justice Pappalardo is currently being held on a total $400,000 bond.
The specifics on the extraditable New Hampshire warrant were not available at this time.
