Denver’s most prominent and well established property management staffing firm is seeking Apartment Maintenance for IMMEDIATE opportunities. Experience in the apartment industry is not required. We will get your foot in the door and you can land the job of your dreams! We are currently looking to fill temporary and temp to hire positions at countless communities! (Temp jobs often turn into permanent positions too!!!!) The maintenance technician is responsible for completing building maintenance and repair, complete make-ready’s and other up-keep responsibilities on the units and builders. Prior experience in light electrical, plumbing, dry wall, and carpentry are the essential skill set to excel in this position. HVAC experience is always a plus!
