Urban Oasis is Hiring landscape professionals or beginners with different skill levels! We are looking for Skilled and or enthusiastic LANDSCAPE LABORERS: Enthusiasm and commitment is most important. Interest, experience, or background with the following is a bonus: Outdoor woodcraft Build bio-filtered water features Installing rain garden Food Forests Plant installation/care Irrigation (especially important) Building/crafting with metals Operating machinery Grading Permaculture We provide full-time management staff with health insurance, some paid holidays and flexible scheduling. Skilled individuals with leadership skills can move into a management or design/sales position. We like to promote from within our company. We work year round, weather dependent. MUST HAVE: - Positive attitude - Self-motivation - High sense of integrity - Love to work outdoors in all weather conditions - Physically fit and able to lift 45+ lbs safely - Willingness to learn and be part of a team - Reliable transportation to job sites in Lyons and Boulder area. Wages for GENERAL LABOR start at $14-$19 per hour, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE. Wages for Skilled SPECIALISTS start at $18-$26 per hour. All design positions are hired internally from people with Urban Oasis field experience. Long-term team members that contribute to the growth of Urban Oasis enjoy profit sharing.
