Someone who knows what it takes to clean 6+ hours a day, and enjoys the satisfaction of a hard days work. *Dependability: Our clients depend on us to show up on time and be presentable. We have systems and training procedures in place to assist those with no experience which helps get everyone on the same page. The important quality is having a strong and great work ethic. Prior experience is a plus. We are looking for someone who can keep up & enjoys the fruits of hard work as much as we do! *Physical Fitness & Energy: Cleaning houses is physically demanding and quite the workout. It requires being on your feet all day, using both arms & hands. A lot of squating, bending over as well as loading & unloading supplies. Being physically fit is required for this position. A healthy diet and lifestyle are also traits we encourage with our co workers. *Attention to Details & Creativity/Style: Cleaning not only sanitizes & disinfects, it creates a beautiful environment and impacts our clients' lives for the better. Our clients love the details! Whether it is nicely fluffed pillows, items organized from tall to short, removing objects from horizontal surfaces and wiping underneath and going the extra mile in cleaning. We are looking for someone who pays attention to the big picture as well as the small details some may overlook. *Vehicle/Updated Insurance: While our teams ride together most days. We still ask that our team members have reliable, legal transportation with auto insurance. *This is a contractor position. *Compensation is $20-$25 depending on your cleaning experience. *We will issue an interview and a background check. *Cleaner must be willing and available some weekends (Move Outs, Construction Clean Up, Deep Cleans…eat)
