Event Lead Needed for an event at Uncommon Oxford Student residences

Hello, Our company produces events around the country to build awareness around the fitness classes that we offer in our residential buildings. I have an event tentatively scheduled on May 11th at the UNCOMMON Oxford housing building and I am looking for someone to run the event. It will be a 2 hour "Grab & Go" event in the building's lobby where the residents can stop by our table, sample some brand products and learn more about the Yoga, Core, and Bootcamp classes that our company offers. You would need to be there an hour early to set up the table and display the product and fliers. The event would be 2 hours. The fee is $60. This could be a good opportunity for someone to earn some extra money and be able to list this on their resume. Thank you for your time!
