The Landings Association (TLA) is seeking a General Maintenace Worker to perform a variety of tasks for maintenance and improvement of the buildings, gates, street lights and other structures at The Landings, a beautiful, private community of 9,000 residents in the greater Savannah area.    This is a FT Position, with Health, Dental, and 401k Benefits. Overall responsibility include:  Repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance of security gates and cameras   General electrical, plumbing and carpentry maintenance and repair of TLA facilities  Maintenance of tools and ensuring adequate inventory to meet organizational needs  Set up and break down of meeting rooms for events at TLA facilities  This position ensures that the highest quality service is delivered to its customers while meeting strict compliance and safety standards.  This position reports to the Public Works Facilities Manager.
