Saint Paul – Ramsey County Public Health has opened its large COVID-19 vaccination clinics to the general public. Public Health is now offering the two-dose Moderna vaccine for those 18 years and older at three clinics each week in Saint Paul and New Brighton.

Saint Paul, MN 55107 Mondays, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. New Brighton Community Center400 10th Street NW New Brighton, MN 55112 Wednesdays, 11:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Oxford Community Center270 Lexington Pkwy N Saint Paul, MN 55104 Saturdays, 12 noon – 6 p.m. Individuals can sign up for a vaccination time in advance and, if they are getting a first dose, must be available for the second dose 28 days later. The vaccine is free, no medical insurance or ID needed. When appointments open for these clinics, registration links will be posted on the county's vaccine page at ramseycounty.us/covidvaccine under the "community centers" heading. If no registration links are posted, appointments have not yet opened or are full. Individuals can also call Public Health's vaccine phone line, 651-266-1190 (Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) with questions or to get help.
In addition to our Public Health clinics, COVID vaccine is available at several sites operated by the state and federal government, health care clinics and pharmacies. The State Fair community vaccination site, which has the Pfizer vaccine that individuals age 16 years and older can get, has many openings remaining for appointments.
