NEW BRITAIN BOROUGH, PA — A Quakertown man is accused of firing a weapon at a home in New Britain Borough, according to the Central Bucks Regional Police Department. On Thursday, police responded to reports of a neighbor firing at a weapon at a home in the borough. Ronald Page, 43, was seen pulling up in front of the home and shooting at the kitchen window before leaving the area, and metal BB's were later found on the ground underneath the shattered window, police said. An arrest warrant was issued for Page and he was taken into custody Saturday. He was arraigned before Judge Regina Armitage, who set bail at $300,000. He faces a felony charge of discharging a firearm into an occupied structure, as well as misdemeanor charges of terroristic threats, simple assault, disorderly conduct, and criminal mischief. Page was unable to post bail, according to court documents. A hearing in the case is scheduled for June 29. Be the first to know what's happening in your town and area.
