Press release from the City of West Linn: April 26, 2021 The City of West Linn and the Clackamas County Peace Officers' Association met on April 19, 2021 for the second session of collective bargaining. The session was hosted by the City and presented publicly by virtual format. The parties exchanged opening proposals on various Articles. The parties reached tentative agreement on Articles 6, 10, 12, 24 and 27. A copy of the existing collective bargaining agreement is available at https://westlinnoregon.gov/humanresources/ccpoapolice-contract-negotiations. Consistent with the ground rules between the parties, the next session is closed to the public and there will not be public access. Bargaining sessions alternate as open and closed sessions. The next open session is not yet scheduled, but that date will be posted at https://westlinnoregon.gov/humanresources/ccpoapolice-contract-negotiations when known.
