I have tenant that is not getting cool air from the AC. Inside unit (Carrier) fan comes on. Outside unit (RUUD) doesn't run. I tried replacing the capacitor but it still doesn't work. Please let me know what you would charge to come out and troubleshoot the problem and when you could do it. Tell me what form a payment you take and what your experience level is. I have several properties and want to find someone that is capable, dependable and charges a reasonable rate.
