We are looking for energetic crews to help us set and pack our hot air balloons ! We meet very early and you would be free by the end of the morning. This is a 1099 job ( you will be hired as a contractor) Job description : Drive vans with up to 15 passengers with or without a trailer Assist in the set up of the balloon Be customer friendly and assist them climbing in the basket Follow the balloon from the ground during the flight Pack up the balloon Prepare things for the following day Our day typically starts around 3:30am ( depending on sunrise time) and ends around 10:30am Pay is $60+tips/flight ( Paid bi-weekly) driver license is necessary ability to speak several languages, or being a nature lover are recommended but not necessary. Ability to lift 100lbs, to wake up and be at work before 4am is mandatory. Experience around hot air balloon is not expected. Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the USA
