LIVONIA, MI — An endangered missing advisory has been issued for a 55-year-old Wayne County woman police said has been missing since Sunday morning. Angelina Ragland walked away from her apartment around 10 a.m. Sunday, according to the Michigan State Police. She has been diagnosed with schizophrenia, anxiety and depression, police said. Police described Ragland as a light-skinned Black woman who stands 5 feet tall and weighs around 132 pounds. Ragland has Hazel-colored eyes and was last seen in the area of 8 Mile and Merriman in Livonia, police said. An Endangered Missing Advisory has been issued for Angelina Ragland. Angelina is a 55 year old light skinned black female. She is five feet tall, 132 pounds with black hair and hazel eyes.
