$500.00 Sign-On Bonus to be paid on 1st paycheck (bonus agreement required) Taylored Restoration has a temporary opening for an entry-level laborer. We are looking for someone that is able to work through the summer. There is a possibility that this will turn into a year-round position if the position is needed, the person is a good fit, and they are looking for more than a summer job. This position will be helping our carpenters clean up the job sites, pick up supplies and help with carpentry tasks as needed. This is a position that will be working both indoors and out and you will get dirty. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Requirements: * Reliable, insured transportation (you will need to use this vehicle to move from job to job so having a ride or public transportation is not an option - we do have mileage reimbursement) * Valid, current drivers license with no more than 3 driving infractions in the last 3 years. * Must be organized and able to follow written and verbal instructions from lead carpenters, project managers and supervisors. * Must pass post-offer drug screening (heroin, amphetamines, cocaine, opiates, phencyclidine) * Must pass post-offer background screening.
