We are a Santa Barbara based event company looking to hire additional members for our production team. Must be a team player with problem-solving skills, and have a positive attitude.
You will get to work behind-the-scenes at many exclusive properties, private estates, wineries, hotels and more. Much of the work is outside so you can enjoy our beautful area.
Job Requirements:
-Setup and breakdown of equipment
-Understand company processes and procedures.
-Interact with team members and other vendors professionally
-Understand the technical aspects of the job and demonstrate an ability to troubleshoot problems
-Job tasks include heavy lifting
-We will train the right candidate
Preferred Skills:
-Technical aptitude and basic understanding of how to use audiovisual equipment
-Must be able to accommodate a rotating work schedule to include nights and weekends as needed for events. (Late nights are part of our industry)
Typical venues are within Santa Barbara, Montecito, Ventura/Ojai and the Santa Ynez Valley.
This is a part-time/ as-needed position.
