The job is doing light maintenance work for a 4 building daycare Business and is part-time. No benefits. Hours are flexible with a focus on evenings and weekends. Duties include painting walls, wall preparation for painting, cleaning windows inside and outside, light carpentry/some basic plumbing, changing light bulbs, basic bus vehicle fluid checks, other tasks as needed. Must be responsible, reliable, detail oriented, provide quality work, good communicator, responsive, willing to learn and keep organized, willing to drive to all locations. Locations in Farmington, Rosemount, and Oakdale. Business miles between sites are reported for a per mile reimbursement. Paid every two weeks. Average hours per week 15-25 hours. Hours will vary depending on needs. Must pass a background check, have a valid driver’s license. Pay range $15-$16.50 per hour depending on experience. Position is available immediately.
