Fenwick Properties is a growing construction company starting in Fort Smith, AR. We have projects in the River Valley and Northwest Arkansas areas. We are looking for a dozer hand to work at our Centerton site. This is a full time position, 8-10 hours a day. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: -operating heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, and backhoes -coordinate machine actions with crew members in response to hand or audio signals -obeys and follows all safety rules on the job site -maintains a good relationship with co-workers and works well with others to accomplish a task Physical demands include lifting up to 70 pounds occasionally, 40-50 pounds frequently.
