Position details 90% Data entry, 5% Sales, 5% Customer service I am looking for an associate to be a part of my team. If you are looking for work please inquire. This is an easy position. Requirements are.... *Must know how to spell *Must be trainable *Must be willing to learn how to do things in a specific way. *Must be somewhat familiar with the internet *Must possess Average knowledge of a smart phone *Must know how to utilize the Google search engine *Must have high accuracy when performing job functions. Accuracy is most important. *Must have quick typing speed with cell phones. Accuracy and Typing speed is key to maximizing your income potential If you meet these requirements, this should be a very simple job. The hours for this position are very lenient. I set up multi-hour blocks every week for multiple days throughout. At which point you will have the ability to choose the blocks that you would prefer to work. So you work the hours that you choose to work.... As long as the block is available. For example a block might be 12pm-4pm and 4pm-6pm or 10am-3pm and 3pm-7pm several days out of the week. you will have the option to choose which segments you want to work. You can work more than 1 block per day if you wish as well. Hours are unlimited. Work as much as you like or as little as you like. You will be managing the products my company offers through our devices (tablets, cell phones, laptops etc. You will have to familiarize yourself with certain apps that we will teach you on and how to manage our website as well. (All this can and will be taught) Training pay is $7.50/hr.(if you're a fast learner you can be out of training within a day or two) Once you are out of training your pay can increase from $7.50/hr - $14/hr, most of which comes through incentives/bonuses that are extremely easily attainable as long as you are capable of following the process we train you to use. Also, you will get paid according to the work you put in. (So if you put in more efforts than your coworker in the same amount of time, you will get paid more than your coworker during that time. Simple as that. I make sure to pay my team members every penny of their worth. I will explain this process more in depth when we speak in person.) Base pay is paid weekly on Tuesdays. Incentives/Bonuses are paid once a month, at the beginning of every month. **We only promote from within.** So if you're looking to move up, you can be first candidate The job site for this position is on the north east side of town (eisenhauer rd)
