We have a variety of positions available that include but are not limited to: Mechanics, Tire Technicians, Service Advisors. We have 20 stores in Southern and Central California, and we are expanding. Big Brand Tire & Service is all about investing in our hardworking, dedicated employees in order to deliver the highest level of customer service in our industry. We have some of the highest volume shops. This gives our employees some of the highest commission earning potential in the market. Tire Technicians are responsible for repairing flat tires, mounting, and dismounting of tires and wheels, tire balancing and rotation, oil changes and organizing tire inventory. Mechanics are responsible for ensuring vehicle function and condition, by performing inspections, repairing, and replacing mechanical parts and components, performing multiple alignments a day, diagnosing, and repairing vehicle brake systems, preventative maintenance such as engine tune-ups, oil changes and replacing filters, installing shocks and struts on a variety of vehicles, installing lift and lowering kits, mounting and dismounting of tires and wheels, tire balancing and rotation Service Advisors are responsible for providing excellent customer service while adhering to Big Brand Tire & Service’s sales strategy and core values and recommending products and services that meet or exceed the manufacture’s recommendations and aligns with the customer’s needs.
