Rehearsal space wanted

Hi there. We are a band looking for a place where we can turn up and practice for a few hours one day per week. I am based out of Wells but anywhere between Wells and Brunswick would be sufficient. We are currently looking for a warehouse, barn, Attic or basement space where we could play and preferably leave some of our equipment set up. We are happy to figure out the proper compensation. The only criteria for the space is that it has power, is preferably dry, and ok to play loudly for a few hours every week.
