Now hiring! College Club Townhomes is seeking experienced maintenance professionals. A maintenance supervisor and two maintenance technician positions are available. The ideal candidates will be self-motivated and energetic with the ability to bring experience and expertise to the position. Duties include, but are not limited to, performing plumbing, electrical and HVAC repairs, painting, make readies, scheduling and performing preventative maintenance, responding to maintenance requests and routine inspections. Qualifications include 3+ years apartment maintenance experience, general knowledge of building codes and laws, HVAC certification a plus. Must have tools, clean driving record, background and drug screen, and be available to work some weekend and emergency on-call rotation. Maintenance Supervisor starts at $22 to $25 per hour.
