We are seeking an efficient and organized individual to join our team as a SHIPPING RUNNER located at our headquarters in CARLSBAD, CA! This is a fast-paced position at our headquarters’ warehouse for an assistant who sorts and delivers products continually to various departments throughout the day. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Organize and restock each shipping station daily. Monitor and communicate inventory shipping supplies from various vendors. Replenish dust bags, cardstock and insert supplies for orders. Coordinate and deliver for UPS outbound orders. Recover and return card stock inserts, dust bags from Receiving. Recover and return reship orders from Receiving. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Attention to detail Familiarity with various freight carriers such as FedEX, UPS, and USPS Must be able to read and interpret documents such as invoices and shipping list Ability to work efficiently, both independently and in an open office team environment Demonstrate willingness to be proactive and remain productive as workflow expands or is reduced Outstanding verbal communication abilities Excellent organizational skills Routinely lift/push/pull up to 30 pounds Ability to work in a production environment, standing 95% of the time WHAT YOU'LL GET: On-the-job training Employer paid health-care coverage for employee Dental and vision coverage Life Insurance FSA options Paid vacation and sick time 401(k) plan with competitive match
