Our team is looking for Residential Repairs Techs that can start ASAP!!!! Job Duties: General Remodel/Repairs of Residential departments. * Change out of appliances * Light carpentry tasks like framing * Drywall with simple patching * Electrical outlet wiring and set up * Basic repairs with plumbing * Strong Painting skills is a plus Must have: * A minimum of 2 years verifiable maintenance technician experience (carpentry, electrical and drywall) * Residential construction experience * Work Boots * Must bring own tools *Must have own means of transportation *Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Schedule: 1st and 2nd shift Pay based on experience $17-$23 Please note that upon a conditional offer you will be subject to a background check and drug screen and you must provide documents to prove your eligibility to work in the US.
