Need a nurse to give me and my 5 year old a tetanus immunoglobulin shot. We have a rare form of chronic tetanus that we got after a surgery and are severely sick. Will pay 100$ to give me and my 5 year old the shot. We have the shot sent by my doctor and just need someone to inject us IM injections.
