You (female) were wearing some very nice leather jeans and black heels. Came into the St Jude Medical office of Dr Middleton on Beach Blvd at 1 pm on Monday the 26th, I was sitting in waiting room with teal blue polo shirt and blue frame glasses, under my mask I had a big smile hoping you caught that. It was very brief, I was called in for my visit and did not get to see you after wards. Was hoping to see you to make contact and exchange numbers.
