Havas STREET, an event marketing agency, is hiring Team Leads to represent a major cellular provider in celebration of Mother’s Day! Staff will promote the deals and services, while giving flowers to consumers at local brunches! We are a marketing agency that focuses on developing brand activations outside of traditional advertising that develop a more personal connection between a brand and its key consumer. We do so by encouraging in-person product trials or by providing fun incentives for consumers in order to convert sales. Havas STREET's recruiting team is responsible for fulfilling staffing needs for promotional events that include: street teams, guerilla sampling and off/on premise. Pay Rate: $25/hr (W-2; Bi- Weekly) • Paid training Shifts: • Sunday, May 9: 9AM-3PM (E. Broadway Ave Apache Junction, AZ 85119) What to expect: • Pick up local marketing kit and transport to each of your events (flowers, foldable flower cart, and branded display assets – fits in back of standard sedan/trunk). • Lead setup and breakdown of branded setup with the support of your ambassador partner • Lead consumer engagement - Spread brand messaging, hand out flower bouquets and cards • Manage a brand ambassador in assisting with the activation • Be the main point of contact between onsite reps and Havas Street HQ team • Take photos and submit event recap report + timesheet online Essentials: • Have experience in a customer service role • Prior leadership (retail, restaurant, marketing etc. ) is a plus • Be 18 + to apply • Abide by Covid19 safety training + enforce it with your partner onsite To be considered, please reply with your name and a current resume!
