Facilities Technician is responsible for all general and preventative maintenance and repair of all agency owned and leased community homes and related equipment and grounds to ensure the safety and maximum quality of life for all staff, consumers, and visitors as well as protection of the facility assets. Key Qualifications: - Must be 18 years or older - Must be eligible to work in the United States - Must have proof of a High School Diploma or GED or equivalent - Valid California Drivers License with 2 years of driving experience (preferred) - 3 years of related work experience in multifaceted maintenance position required.
