APARTMENT MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR NEEDED!!!!! Responsibilities include: Ensuring the physical integrity of the property at all times. Overseeing, delegating, performing, and inspecting all routine and preventive maintenance for properties. Supervising maintenance personnel. Assisting with budget planning as it relates to the overall maintenance of the properties. Implementing and managing systems for resident work orders, grounds maintenance, snowplowing, and cleaning. Inventory purchases, expense control, and safety management. Answering after-hours service calls, as needed. General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems required.
