Contractor looking for two journeymen cedar fence helpers

I'm looking for several more seasoned journeymen fence builders that are tooled up and drive pickup trucks strong enough to pull small trailers here and there if need be. Must be experienced and live here on the east side. We only work on the east side and we only build cedar fences. (Rarely horse fence or hog panel) You must be able to arrive on time every day. (We work 9-5) Mon.-Friday You must be a good communicator with your cell phone and be able to respond to texts and phone calls within a few minutes. Must be a U.S. citizen, have a valid driver's license, no hard drugs (weed, cigarettes, drinkers are ok) hard working, presentable appearance, presentable truck appearance etc. Pay starts at $20 per hour cash and goes up to $25 within a few days if it looks like you're a good fit. $30 per hour if you're absolutely stellar in every aspect. If you stick around you'll likely be put on the books.
