Needed: Gardener to clean up yard

I have a small apartment building where the gardener has not shown up for about 2 months. I need the front yard trimmed and made to look nice for an open house this coming weekend, Saturday May 1st. The photo is old when it looked good. I need the wood chip area cleaned up, and the wood chips and foliage cleaned up/trimmed behind the gate. Please send me a little bit of info about yourself, and hourly rate. As well as when this week you can do it. I am out of town and my property manager will not be there until Saturday. So I will need to Venmo you, or have you come get cash Saturday. Thanks.
