Excellent large 400+ apartment housing company with great attitude looking to hire an experienced ALL AROUND - MAINTENANCE HANDYMAN, with knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, painting and everything needed to finish vacancies. Must have tools and truck. Hiring depending on experience and recommendations. Schedule is from Sunday - Thursday 8am - 4:30pm. Starting hourly rate at $20. Los Angeles, Cudahy and Westminster area.
