Hi Fellow Community Friends, I’m Vernel, Dolly was stolen on April 18,2021 from the intersection of W 7th Street & Figueroa Street (Infront of Bank of America ATM) in DTLA. The male individual that stoled Dolly had an accomplice to help him watch and gave signals to make a successful dog theft.
