Janitor and/or House Cleaner

We are looking for a Janitor, or custodian, to take care of our building and carry out cleaning, maintenance and security duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition. Responsibilities -Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, kitchen & kitchen appliances, baseboards, etc) -remaining patient on long term and deep cleaning jobs -provide documentation (pictures) when requested of certain job sites -Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects -Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs -Cooperate with the rest of the staff -Follow all health and safety regulations Skills REQUIREMENTS: -need a vehicle for this job (gas and travel expenses will be reimbursed) -Proven working experience as a janitor/house cleaner -Ability to lift 8-10 lbs -Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies -Integrity and ability to work independently -High school degree -COVID-19 precautions -Remote interview process -Personal protective equipment provided or required -Social distancing guidelines in place -Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place
