Gounds Maintenance Person 2-3 hours per day (Monday - Friday with optional Saturday) We are a well established Property Management Company with a retail property in Sharon Mass looking to hire a part-time subcontractor to be a Grounds Maintenance Person to work with our Property Management Team. Primary Responsibilities Include: - Trash disposal of outside waste receptacles (must be able to lift 50 lbs.) - Picking up all debris from exterior walkways of all retail buildings and common elements of the center - Wiping down benches and trash cans - Light weeding - Overall grounds maintenance - Inspection of buildings and parking lots and report any issues to Property Management Requirements: - Must be reliable, punctual, able to work independently, and able to prioritize and manage time - Must have a valid Massachusetts Driver's License - Must speak English fluently - Must be able to operate a pressure washer and light equipment Primary goal of this position is to keep the retail center clean and safe for all of our tenants, and help keep an eye on the daily operations of the center. Compensation: $18.00
