In this role you will supervise staff, maintain buildings and homes, complete work orders and job assignments, snow and ice removal for all buildings and homes, and identify and repair all potential safety, maintenance and citations. We require: • 5 years’ experience in construction trade as a foreman and lead carpenter • Must be available for occasional evening/nights/weekend projects as required • On call 24-7 for agency emergencies Building and Ground Manager, please email your resume to: jobs @ ddiny.org.
