Seeking volunteers for methamphetamine recovery trial

Would you love to STOP using methamphetamine? Affect Therapeutics is currently recruiting participants for a no-cost, online study of a new treatment and recovery program. The program combines behavioral therapy and monetary incentives for staying off meth. Meth users who want to stop using need treatment to help break the cycle and stay clean while recovering. Affect Therapeutics, Inc. has developed an investigational, virtual, all-digital program that delivers treatment and recovery services to help people begin to live their best life, off of meth. Affect Therapeutics and academic researchers are conducting this study to examine the Affect therapy program to see how well it helps participants reduce or stop using meth. The program is free for participants and can earn up to $688 in incentives. Participation in this 8-week study is completely virtual and remote through the use of your smartphone, Zoom, and the Affect App. The program includes: **Twice-weekly group sessions with a Recovery Coach and others recovering **Twice-weekly private sessions with our Care Team **Saliva drug screenings completed by you, results submitted using your camera **Short tasks done via the Affect app (3-5 minutes, several times per day) **Use of the Affect app for scheduling and messaging **Earn up to $688 in cash incentives for attending virtual group/private sessions, completing therapeutic tasks, answering occasional questionnaires, and for negative drug screenings.
