We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong work experience in the construction industry to support a fast-paced construction team. Job Duties • Operating equipment and heavy machinery (excavators, backhoes, dozers, loaders, skip loaders, skid steers, etc.) • Daily fuel, grease, and maintenance/repairs of equipment • Perform labor tasks such as shoveling, raking, grading etc. • Ability to lay utilities (sewer, power, data etc.) • Motivated, hardworking with a positive attitude • Eye for detail and pride in quality of work • Willingness to learn new skills. • Following instructions from the construction managers and supervisors - Carryout tasks in a safe, clean, and professional manner - Work on jobsite environments in all weather conditions Qualifications • Pass pre-employment background check and drug test • Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing • CDL a plus • Experience laying utilities (strongly preferred) • Ability to lift 100 lbs.
