Handyman - Part time

Handyman needed to maintain apartments & houses in Laramie and occasionally in Cheyenne. 90% of work is in Laramie. We have 9 (4-plexes) and one home in Laramie to maintain. We have a few homes in Cheyenne that are rentals as well. We are looking for an assistant for the Full Time handy man who has worked on these properties for 10+ years. He needs an assistant who will be able to do the following tasks. 1. Painting & Staining (interior & exterior) 2. Cleaning (clean apartments between tenants including bathrooms, kitchens, windows etc. 3. Snow plowing as needed- (we have an ATV with snow plow to clear the parking lots of the 9 (4-plexes in Laramie only). 4. Landscape maintenance (mowing lawns, sprinkler repair, edging, fertilizing & weeding) 4-plexes only. 5. Repairs as needed for the apartments and homes or arranging for repairs to be done by our plumber or appliance repair company. 6. Talk with tenants as needed regarding repairs. 7. Light office work (giving applications to potential renters, posting notices to tenants etc.) Checking drop box for incoming applications etc. This is a part time job of at least 20hrs a week or more. The 4-plexes in Laramie have tenants moving in and out from March to September which is when a lot of maintenance is done. You will be interviewing with Mark (current handyman) who will be training you. We are looking for someone who will stay on the job for years hopefully.
