1/2 lab 1/2 German Shepard 6 month old puppy!

I have an all white 1/2 German Shepard 1/2 lab older female puppy. Unfortunately I just got a promotion at work and now I am back in office for a more high demand job and I don’t have the time for her. She is incredibly smart and in the perfect teaching phase. I have taught her sit, stay, lay down, and we have been working on roll over and playing fetch. She knows drop it, and is house trained and kennel trained with no accidents in months. She loves kids, knows “gentle” but would do best in a house with kids 3 and older due to her getting excited and bumping the little ones down. She is good around other dogs and a little protective even. A huge sweetheart that wants a ton of love. Her cons: -She is a Velcro dog, she absolutely loves to be around people and will even jump in the shower or bed with you if you let her, she whines really bad if she is put outside against her will however she loves being outside as well on her own terms and is put outside while I am at work. -she is teething and will take random things in the house through the doggie door and chew them up outside, she is smart enough to be taught not to do this. - she submissive pees, if you scorn her sometimes she pees a little in submission She is also very high energy and would do best in a place with kids that will play with her a house with other dogs and has a backyard she gets a tiny bit nippy when she plays rough but she has been taught not to bite. She is also unaltered and may have her first heat at any time this year going forward. At the end of they day she’s an incredible dog with so much potential and I am very broken up about having to do this but I know she would be happier if she had a house with more time, older kids, or other dogs as companions.
