Banjo teacher wanted

Description

Motivated beginner. Took lessons most of last year, practiced and improved. Stepped away during cold months, now ready to pick back up. Recent efforts include learning the neck, movable chord shapes, simple licks in em, F, D and C. Current teacher is great for technique and theory but doesn't seem to enjoy teaching me. I want to study with someone who makes it fun, celebrates small yet notable improvements week over week, teaches what I want to learn, and is willing to play *with* me (at my basic ass beginner level) so I can eventually become a solid social player. It's important to me to have opportunities to learn / arrange parts to accompany country / bluegrass / folk songs I like. ***(((I absolutely get that I'm not there yet!!...but please at least be willing to teach me little snippets, pieces, breakdowns, hooks to songs that I'd eventually want to sing and play. Even if it's just a couple of measures or the chorus of a simple song.)))***
