Got a 10 month old Chocolate Lab, her name is Cookie 🍪 She is a very good inside dog, gets along with kids, and is protective of her family. Potty trained already, and she knows how to give Paw, Sit, and sometimes gets on her back upon Command. Unfortunately, my landlord is forcing me to relocate her, so this is why I am trying to find her a new 🏡 home. I am asking for a $100 rehoming fee, however, if you are willing to let me visit her every so often, and get pictures to ensure her safety, I'll gladly waive the $100 fee to a $50 fee instead. I paid $350 when she was a puppy, for her, as she is a purebred Chocolate Labrador.
