Kitchen and bath remodeling company seeking talented and self-motivated team player to join our sales team in the office. We specialize in stone countertops & cabinetry. Experience in the field is a plus, but we will train the right person. Responsibilities and Duties • showroom position with general retail and office duties. • Sell to walk-in clients & promote our products. • Travel to customer homes to discuss project specifications. • Manage your client base from beginning to end of the process. • Determine estimates and execute contracts with clients. • Work with the team on outside sales and company projects. Requirements & Qualifications: • Minimum 2+ year in retail sales. • Knowledge of the 20/20 Design software a plus. • Excellent customer service skills. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Outgoing, highly motivated, self-starter. • Ability to self-manage and self-direct activities. • Basic knowledge of home renovations a plus. •Work 5 days a week with a rotation Saturday schedule. • Must have a car. This is a great opportunity for someone living in Southern Maryland, as we have two locations. Pay is hourly plus commission after training.
