Job Description We are a Facilities Maintenance company looking for a subcontracted Cleaner for upcoming apartment turns for the next few months, there will be recurring opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning for apartment turns in the Metro area. This could result in steady recurring work. Responsibilities • Clean apartments for tenant turns (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, bathroom cleaning etc) • Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs • Follow all health and safety regulations Skills • Proven working experience as a Cleaner • Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets • Integrity and ability to work independently • High school degree Job Types: Part-time, Contract
