Requires: - Must be able to be on feet 8 hours long - Must follow directions - Background Check Required Cook Position Consist of: - Must be Able to handle a knife for prep cook - Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking - Follow Recipes- Must be Detail Oriented - Prepare ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and other meal prep - Undertake basic cooking duties, such as reducing sauces and parboiling food - Prepare dishes on the line Grill Cook, Fry Cook and Sartre - Assemble dishes - Performing any combination of following duties on the tray line - Prepare meals for dinner - Ensure appropriate nutrition for each resident - Duties include practicing safe food handling, keeping a clean kitchen and dining room, and working with the head chef to plan meals If you are interested in becoming part of our LGC Associates Team Apply Today!
