Looking for both farm stand attendant and farmhand/harvest crew help, jobs are independent from one another. Harvest crew job duties include but are not limited to transplanting, weeding, picking and packing produce. Job is physically demanding and candidates will be expected to lift a minimum of 40 pounds. Candidates must be honest, hardworking, reliable and punctual and have to provide their own transportation to and from work. Approximately 40 hours per week. Job responsibilities will go from spring through fall. Looking for a responsible, personable, independent and reliable person to work a farm stand. The farm stand will be open summer through fall and will sell veggies, meat, honey and pumpkins in addition to other locally produced goods. For this job, the ideal candidate must be able to do physical work and be able to lift around 25 pounds. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to picking produce, stocking the stand and assisting customers with transactions which includes handling money responsibly, making change for cash transactions and using credit card machine. Looking for someone age 16 and up. You must have your own transportation to and from work. Approximately 40 hours per week.
