We are a commercial janitorial and maintenance company based in Warwick, RI with various accounts throughout New England. Our company is currently looking to hire an additional member for our van crew. Members of our van crew are responsible for responding to emergency work order requests, providing coverage during call-outs, and making deliveries to different accounts. Job Description:
- Strip and wax floors
- Buff floors
- Shampoo Carpets
- Window washing
- Pressure washing
- Trash removal
- Restroom cleaning
- Commercial cleaning
- Industrial cleaning
- Respond to after-hour emergencies
Requirements:
- Previous commercial cleaning experience
- Handyman/maintenance experience
- Clean background check (BCI)
- Valid driver's license
- Bilingual (preferred)
As a member of our van crew, you will have a work van assigned to you. Clean driving record and a valid license is a MUST.
