I am a custom home designer possibly making a trip up to Cedar Rapids this week, thought I'd see if there were anyone in need of custom home plans so I could set up a meeting while I'm up there, hit two birds with one stone, so to speak... I've been designing homes for 15+ years, mostly in Iowa but have several projects all over the US. Price is based on finished square footage (attached garage and unfinished basements do not accumulate fee), there is a discount for contractors if there's a potential for future projects as well.
