I have a mixed use studio that I’d like to split with one other person. It’s located in a building with offices, art studios, and rehearsal spaces. I use the space mostly for sewing but occasionally music too. I am usually only there on weekends during the day and sometimes weekday evenings. I am open to anyone and any kind of work you might be doing, but the owners ask that you not be too noisy 9-5 on weekdays as there are offices near the room. If you are interested I can send pics! Rent is $325 for the whole room, so $162.50 each.
